Service Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment in any course or program by providing written notice at least 14 days before the start date. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

Course fees are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no course materials have been accessed. Partial refunds may be available for cancellations made before the course start date. No refunds are provided after course materials have been accessed or downloaded.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources remain the intellectual property of UpSkillSmart. Users are granted a limited license to access and use materials for personal educational purposes only.

Service Modifications

Dispute Resolution
